A collection of videos created for student housing company Journal Student Living. These include an overarching brand video that loops on their homepage, a lifestyle-focused facility tour for each of their buildings, and a more traditional real estate tour for one of their individual studios.

An overarching brand video for Journal Student living, combining footage from both their buildings (as well as one or two archive shots supplied by the client) to show prospective students what they are all about.
This video makes use of various seamless transitions to tie the different spaces together and demonstrate the cohesive nature of the various facilities.
A silent version of this without the end frame was also used as a looping header video for Journal’s homepage.

This video was intended to have a cooler, more lifestyle-focused look and feel than a traditional real estate tour. While it details the building’s interior, it also serves as a brand piece to reflect Journal’s fun personality.
Various in-camera transitions were used throughout the video to tie the different spaces together.
